As a Surgical First Assistant, you'll be responsible for: Delivering safe, quality care during the perioperative phase. The ideal candidate for the Surgical First Assistant role should have: Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration. ILS certification. Mentorship qualification. Maths and English GCSEs at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence. Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
