As an Openings Trainer, you report to the Openings training manager for your department and Openings operations manager. While being a member of the openings team, you also remain part of the wider training community. You will be a key point of communication between openings, training and the restaurant teams. You are responsible for training all new starters and supporting new openings from recruitment to classroom, to 1-1 training, to succession meetings and handovers and delivering a fully certified team.
