Your main responsibilities:. Lettings Administration. Tenancy Progression. Taking deposits and processing through TDS. Renewals. Referencing tenants. Check all the forms and reservation fees received.. Input Tenants details on the referencing agents website.. Monitor reference results – act according to results.. Send out initial monies letter.. Draw up agreements and standing orders.. Chase monies and signed agreements.. Liaise with property management department regarding maintenance. Covering all Lettings Legislation.
