Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for a Senior Retail Customer Assistant to join our team at Frimley Park Hospital RVS Shop, Portsmouth Road, Camberley, Frimley, GU16 7UJ. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £12.68 per hour (FTE £23,091 per annum).
About the Senior Retail Customer Assistant role:
To supervise the effective operation of the retail outlet(s), maintaining outstanding store standards while providing friendly, helpful, and excellent customer service. To support the manager in delivering set KPIs by directing, developing, and supervising a team to achieve goals, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Hours: 35 hours (Wednesday to Sunday, with shifts between 06:00-19:30, including 06:00-13:30 and 12:00-19:30).

What you'll bring as our Senior Retail Customer Assistant:
* Previous retail or café management experience
* Knowledge of EPOS systems (advantageous)
* Experience with administrative processes
* Knowledge of Food Safety & Health & Safety procedures (training provided)
* Excellent communication skills
* Organisational, delegation, and prioritisation skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Customer service excellence
* Proficiency with email and internet
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Flexibility to attend out-of-hours training if required
* At least two years supervisory experience
* Minimum two years in retail or café environment
* At least two years cash handling experience
