We're recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading Social Housing Maintenance contractor in the North West. Focusing carrying out a planned works schedule upgared including fabric, fire alarm upgades, kitchens and bathroom upgrades and fire protection.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a busy, high-performing contract-leading teams, driving service delivery, and making a real impact throughout the North West.
The Role
* Lead delivery of a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service
* Manage in-house teams and subcontractors
* Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with all operational and CDM regulations
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Coach and develop your team
About You
* Proven experience in repairs & maintenance (social housing or FM preferred)
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and organisational ability
* Experience managing performance and KPIs
* Knowledge of CDM / Principal Contractor responsibilities
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS Card
* HNC/HND in Construction or equivelant.
