Job Description
Provide full financial leadership across the UK business, partnering the UK MD and Senior Management Team. Oversee all core finance activities including:
1. Treasury and cash management
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
3. Financial and statutory accounting
4. Accounts Payable / Receivable
5. Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and 5-year planning processes.
6. Deliver robust financial analysis for strategic initiatives and capital investments (including DCF modelling)
7. Partner with commercial and operational leaders to evaluate sales, pricing, and manufacturing strategies
8. Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple UK entities.
9. Provide oversight of tax, VAT and regulatory compliance, including group reporting requirements.
10. Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and systems.
11. Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, building capability and succession.
12. Ensure maintenance and compliance with SOX controls and US GAAP reporting standards.
13. Support financial system development and transformation initiatives.
14. Deliver ad hoc financial insight to support executive decision-making.
