SEN Teaching Assistant

Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Ashford. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one -to one and small group to pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD and Speech and Language needs.
Assist the Class Teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities.
Foster a positive, inclusive and safe environment
Support pupils’ emotional regulation and promote independence
Work closely with Teachers, SENCO and parents/carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
Have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary school setting.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every child.
Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Possess the right to work in the UK.
