The Working Foreperson role: We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer. Lead, coach and develop a successful, high performing Operative team, supporting them on site to deliver work to a high quality standard Utilise your IT skills, by producing and reviewing productivity reports, confirming weekly timesheets and engaging with customers and the client Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities. Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly What you will bring as a Working Foreperson: Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade Demonstrable experience of successfully leading an on site team Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential) Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK About Ian Williams Ltd: Explore more about us via our website and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
