Overview
The Integration Engineer will be responsible for researching and analyzing client requests and implementing Experian products, exhibiting a deep knowledge base of the relevant products and solutions offered to clients. The role uses tools such as Excel (capable of performing complex functions) to analyze data, Adobe Acrobat to create and modify PDFs, and will code algorithms within the Experian software using JavaScript and occasionally a homegrown programming language. You will report to the Client Implementation Manager.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for internal and external customers of EHC software solutions.
* Ensure all requests include all required information and properly complete the requests following the information provided.
* As a client integration specialist, review and assess all requests, understand them, and provide guidance where needed.
* Provide meaningful response/resolution to assigned requests within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames.
* Assist implementation consultants and account specialists with technical aspects of new customer implementations.
* Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Delivery that can operate independently or as part of a team.
* Review software requirements, analyze, provide necessary feedback, design and develop code based on client needs, test code, and coordinate with internal groups to ensure it meets the request.

Experience and Skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with different file formats and extensions (TXT, CSV, XLSX, and others).
* Familiarity with PDF creation and manipulation.
* Ability to follow supplied specifications with accuracy.
* Must have programming knowledge and be able to code.
* Ability to code basic to medium algorithms and debug.
* Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce and Confluence.
* JavaScript, Java or C#
* SQL
