Personal Assistant to Founder – Business & Private Support Leading Interior Design & Events Studio | London W2 Location: Paddington/Notting Hill (On-site with Fridays remote) Contract: Full-time, permanent An exceptional opportunity for a poised, proactive and highly capable Personal Assistant to join a celebrated interior design and events studio, supporting its charismatic Founder across both business and private spheres. This is a role for a true right-hand: someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings calm, clarity and polish to every task. The position offers a rare blend of professional variety, discretion, and personal involvement. You’ll be embedded in a close-knit, high-performing team, with exposure to high-profile clients, press, and private household operations. Remote working is a core part of the role, with Fridays from home and flexibility around occasional out-of-hours support. Executive & Studio Support Gatekeep and manage all communications with professionalism and warmth Provide seamless diary and inbox management, adapting to shifting priorities Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions Liaise confidently with clients, press, suppliers and internal teams Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence to a high standard Maintain digital and physical filing systems, databases and spreadsheets Coordinate complex travel itineraries for Founder and clients Liaise with IT support and troubleshoot basic tech issues Support planning and delivery of high-level events and launches Lead or assist with ad hoc studio projects as required Private PA Duties Act as primary liaison for household staff and nanny, ensuring smooth operations Manage personal shopping, returns, gifting and seasonal purchases Coordinate family logistics, including occasional school pick-ups Organise private appointments, events and travel Run errands and support with day-to-day personal administration Skills & Experience Prior experience in a hybrid business/private PA role, ideally within creative, luxury or UHNW environments Full, clean UK driving licence (highly advantageous) Strong command of Microsoft Office; InDesign a plus Financially literate with budgeting and expense tracking experience Confident IT user with a solutions-first mindset Impeccable attention to detail and written communication Attributes Discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent Calm under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach Highly organised, with excellent time management and follow-through Positive, hands-on and collaborative – a natural team player Committed to delivering excellence in every interaction Open to occasional out-of-hours and weekend support when needed This is a role for someone who takes pride in being indispensable.
