The role of Estate Technicianwill include:
1. Carrying out grounds maintenance tasks
2. Completing ad-hoc work orders which may include cleaning of gutters and removal of fly tipping from our schemes
3. Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
5. Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
6. Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
7. Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs duties
8. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
9. Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
10. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
11. Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK manual driving licence

23. £25,459 per annum (rising to £26,799 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
