About the Role
We're looking for a sharp Marketing Growth Analyst to join our growing marketing team and play a critical role in scaling our growth engine. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into a story. You'll ensure our marketing programmes run smoothly, efficiently, and measurably – enabling the team to focus on driving pipeline and growth.
This is a new opportunity that will strengthen 3S Money's ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. You'll enable the marketing team and wider business become better connected to data insights across marketing execution strategies, ensuring campaigns, existing and new channels, and budgets are optimised for measurable impact. Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and optimise the growth funnel - track acquisition, conversion, and retention to identify the biggest opportunities for impact.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes, ensuring one version of truth across Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.
* Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, geo tests) to validate growth strategies and inform campaign optimisation.
* Oversee data quality and lead flow processes, ensuring campaigns are correctly set up, nurtured, and integrated with sales for accurate attribution and ROI tracking using HubSpot.
* Support campaign execution with analytics, including segmentation, journey design, tagging, and testing to improve performance.
* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and IT/Data teams to align definitions (e.g. MQLs, lead scoring) and create consistent, scalable workflows that drive pipeline growth.
* Monitor and forecast budget impact, ensuring marketing spend is allocated to the highest-yielding channels and activities.
* Streamline processes and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and enable faster, more data-driven decision making.
About You, You Have...
* Proven experience in growth, performance, or marketing analytics
* Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Strong technical skills: SQL for querying large data sets; familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)
* Experience in marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and lifecycle analytics
* Comfortable with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, incrementality testing)
* Preferably a background in Fintech or financial services, ideally with growth-stage/ scale-up exposure
