Package :
* Competitive hourly rate: £12.21 £13.22 per hour

Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred care and support in the community
* Assisting with personal care, medication support, meals, and daily living tasks
* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
* Building positive, respectful relationships with the people you support
* Working in line with care plans, CQC standards, and company policies
What were looking for:
1. A genuine passion for care (experience is great, but not essential)
2. Drivers with access to their own vehicle is essential
3. Good communication skills and a calm, professional approach
4. Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work across a community rota
