Our client a leading manufacturer is currently looking to recruit for a Paint Shop Managerto join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a pivotal role within the companys production team in a senior management position. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage the company paint shop team to ensure production targets are hit Monitor production schedule and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible Delegate workload to paint shop team Ensure all paint work is completed to highest possible quality Monitor team performance and complete employee appraisals Attend weekly production meetings and report any paint shortages or paint requirements Build strong working relationships with team to boost morale and output levels Liaise with other departments and update them with any issues that may cause delays The successful candidate must have: A minimum of 3 (+) years experience working in engineering within paint shop Excellent knowledge of paint shop and paint equipment Excellent time management skills A positive can-do attitude Good people management skills The successful candidate will receive: Full-time permanent position Competitive salary Early finish on a Friday Onsite parking Other employee benefits What you need to do now If you are interested in this position or have any further inquiries, click on the apply link below or callfor more information.
