The Role

We are looking for a confident and organised People & Culture Business Partner to join our friendly values-led team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
In this role you’ll:
* Partner with services and leadership teams to deliver high-quality HR support.
* Provide advice on people management, employment law and organisational change.
* Lead on strategic HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in a People / HR Business Partner role.
* Experience of leading workforce planning discussions.
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with our service areas to proactively embed our people policies and practices.
* A proactive collaborative approach and commitment to our values.
