Job Title: Sales Consultant

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Job Summary
We are looking for an individual with a sales background to join our Team in the busy City Centre of Colchester, Essex. Colchester has a varied market and no two days will be the same! As an expanding town, you will be dealing selling all property types from our busy City Centre office. The successful applicant will need to have some sales experience, although this does not need to be in Estate Agency, and a 'can do' attitude.
A driving licence is essential for this role.

Duties
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
* Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
* Building strong relationships internally and externally
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
* Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills required
* At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* The ability to negotiate.
* Tenacity and be a self‑starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
