1. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
2. Arranging and attending property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
3. Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding applications, negotiations, and agreements
4. Coordinating property advertising, photographs, and portal listings
5. Assisting with tenancy progression and renewals
6. Supporting compliance documentation, Right to Rent checks, and letting packs
