Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care Use your expertise to recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers Maintain high clinical and technical standards in all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare Participate in ongoing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay up to date with industry advancements Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding experiences What We’re Looking For We are looking for a qualified Contact Lens Optician who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong customer relationships.
