Customer Advisor
Position and Contract
Part‑time – 15 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract, based at B&Q Nursling.
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 5:00 am – 8:00 am.

What’s the job?
* Become an expert customer advisor, getting to know each customer's home improvement projects.
* Sales will be central to the role.
* Manage stock and set up displays to keep the store looking great.
* Receive training in paint‑mixing and cutting timber (if required).
* Deliver outstanding customer service as the main aim.
What We Need
* Happy to help, eager to learn and a bit obsessed with home improvement.
* Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about helping others.
* Proficient with technology and willing to expand skills.
* Team player, able to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
