You’ll join a high-performing team of 17 consultants working in a collaborative, competitive, and commercially driven environment.

* Average productivity: $25K PPH
* Multiple consultants billing £100K+ quarterly

Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Partner with international clients to diagnose hiring needs and workforce challenges
* Build and execute targeted attraction strategies for specialist talent pools
* Interview, assess, and match high-calibre candidates to niche roles
* Develop long-term client and candidate relationships within your market
* Drive new business development and grow your own specialist desk
* Operate as a trusted market expert within your vertical
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be considered if you have:
* A degree (preferred but not essential), OR
* 6+ months experience in recruitment, OR
* Proven success in B2B / C2C sales environments
