Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well-known company within the automotive industry to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for their Bracknell Centre. You will have a strong understanding of car technology. Demonstrate an ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality of work. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to coach and mentor the team. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is also desirable.
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
1. Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot.
2. Play a key part in the Centre targets including key performance targets.
3. Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
4. Implement and enforce company procedures and policies.
5. Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
* Assisting the centre manager with the running of the front desk and helping customers
* Maintenance of documents in adhering to company procedures.
* Maximise workflow through the workshop to achieve efficiencies.
* Assist with training and mentoring of employees.

Work hours would include a 5 day working week between Monday and Sunday with 2 days off during the week or a 41.5 hour contract.
