The ideal candidate will possess:
* Good at Web Research
* IT Skills
* Sage 200 preferred but not essential
Key duties of the role include:
* Supporting all aspects of existing Contract Administration
* Processing Purchase Orders
* Keeping Key Customers Updated with Delivery Information
* Expediting Purchase Orders with Suppliers
* Identifying alternate Sources of Supply when issues arise with Current Supply Chain
* Supporting all aspects of the Onboarding process
* Setting Up New Customer and Supplier Accounts
* Setting Up New Product/Stock Codes
* Communication with Internal Personnel to ensure appropriate knowledge is disseminated.
* Supporting the whole Tendering Process
* Data Analysis
* Filling in Company Data on Tender Submissions
* Identifying Supply Chain for Tender Items
* Any additional duties as and when required
