We are currently recruiting for a leading and prestigious glass company.
Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Windowcenter Supervisor for their Mildenhall site to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
Working Hours
1. Monday – Friday
2. 8:30am – 5pm
Duties Will Include
3. Achieve profit contributions in-line with the financial forecast
4. Manage all accounts in line with customer and company expectations
5. Ensure the company’s full range of products are professionally displayed
6. Coordinate and resolve all customer care issues as required
7. Ensure that all scheduled work is inspected, stored and despatched to the agreed quality standards.
8. Ensure the division operates within budgeted costs
9. Professionally lead the Windowcenter team, ensure they are well trained, motivated and understand their duties and areas of responsibility
10. Ensure that all prescribed PPE is worn by you and your team
