About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working arrangements, this role can accommodate that, but late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.
In retail, there are leadership opportunities. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assist with training colleagues, and communicate messages during team ‘huddles'. You'll ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
We will support your training across different areas and your ongoing development, making this role ideal if you're looking to grow within retail.
