Equans is looking for a Works Co-ordinator - PPM to join our team at Southern Water in Brighton, East Sussex on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour unpaid break.
What will you deliver?
* Work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all support functions are delivered in a timely and accurate way.
* Support the delivery team where cover is required or to assist other regions.
* Focus on customer care with a “can do” attitude, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment.
* Meeting/greeting visitors/contractors.
* Managing x-raying, sorting, franking, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail/parcels.
* Photocopying, printing, filing, scanning.
* Order, purchase, and process invoices for goods and services in line with company procedures.
* Assist in invoice receipting, ensuring three-way match is consistently applied.
* Raise, update, and close Planons for reactive repairs.
* Manage reactive task jeopardy, ensuring SLA’s are not breached.
* Update and close tasks as completion paperwork arrives, maintaining a backlog-free process for performance and KPI reporting.

Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within FM, but not essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience with CAFM systems, preferably Planon
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
* Strong team working ability
* Ability to prioritize workload and requests
* Customer focus and brand awareness
* Health and safety awareness
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
