Yorkshire Water are seeking two Real-Time Customer Service & Incident Specialists to join the Performance & Planning team, exciting roles where you’ll help manage live customer service and incident response.
This is a temporary 12-month contract.

Main Responsibilities
• Work with key teams to support Business Continuity plans during technical or operational issues.
• Make sure customer service teams are ready to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Spot resource or skill gaps so teams can support customers across different contact channels.
• Use workforce systems to track performance and share useful insights through reports.
• Be the go-to contact during emergencies or IT system outages for Operational Customer Service teams.
Essential Skills
• Confident using Microsoft tools like Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Able to spot trends in data and make smart decisions under pressure.
• Strong communicator who builds good relationships and handles tough conversations well.
• Positive about change, supports new ideas, and helps create a great team atmosphere.
• Motivated to grow and develop professionally.
