Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Basingstoke | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Bonus
A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE) to join their growing property team.
The Role:
* Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
* Handle lease extensions (experience desirable)
* Step in with post-completion registrations as needed
* Support business development through networking and referrals
* Ensure compliance with CQS and firm policies
What They're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' PQE in Residential Property
* Experience leading or supporting junior staff (preferred)
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems (LEAP experience a plus)
* Organised, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
