About the role: We are seeking a Marketing Director to hold a pivotal part of our growing senior management team. Based in Wokingham and r eporting directly to the CEO. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead our brand management initiatives, ensuring an impactful presentation of our two brands, Lifetime Legal and Smart Compliance, across all channels. This role will follow the development of a central marketing strategy and will be responsible for aligning the marketing budget with company objectives, driving impactful national campaigns whilst meticulously managing budgets. In essence, this role embodies a strategic leader at the forefront of shaping our brand's trajectory and success in the market. Key Responsibilities: Central Strategy: Creation and development of all company marketing strategies Monitor and evaluate campaign performances Drive organic growth through improved SEO, optimised website performance, and enhanced user journeys in Memberships and with our partnered Estate Agents Oversee collaboration between the Marketing Manager and the sales team to design targeted campaigns Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Zoho Work with the Marketing Manager to identify and pursue opportunities for event participation, awards submissions, and branding initiatives Implement A/B testing strategies across campaigns and customer journeys Work with Membership Director on lifecycle marketing strategy to improve retention, engagement and LTV Brand Strategy: Ensuring optimal presentation of both brands across all media and channels Develop, enforce, and oversee implementation of brand guidelines Collaborate with stakeholders for optimal brand presentation Manage content creation for all mediums across both brands Management & Leadership: Develop and communicate a thorough strategic vision for marketing initiatives Lead an existing team consisting of a marketing manager and 2 marketing executives Nurture and manage our marketing team by fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration alongside development and coaching Conduct meetings to review strategy, tasks and execution Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues as well as the Commercial and Membership Directors Attend Shareholders and SLT meetings with detailed analysis of the Marketing Department Financial Management: Financial performance and budgetary planning with P&L Achieve predefined ROI and engagement metrics for marketing campaigns within budget Qualifications (required): Bachelor's Degree/Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Certification Professional senior-level marketing experience, preferably in relevant industries What you will bring: You will have a keen focus on digital innovation and customer communication in order to drive forward our brand profiling efforts and our online presence and visibility.
