Role: Built Estate Manager Location: RAF Coningsby (on-site) Salary: £48,000 – £51,000 Hours: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive Built Estate Manager to take ownership of maintenance, compliance, and estate operations across a busy and operationally critical site. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring all planned, reactive, and minor project works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with contractual and statutory requirements. You’ll play a central role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and ensuring high standards of service delivery across the estate.
