This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised Sous Chef who enjoys preparing fresh, nutritious meals while working within a supportive and professional kitchen team. The role offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, straight shifts, and a 4-day working week. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are maintained at all times. You will play an important role in creating enjoyable dining experiences for residents while helping maintain a calm and efficient kitchen operation.
