We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator for a growing, specialist care provider. This is a key role ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery across multiple care settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating daily operations and resolving issues

Managing complex staff rotas and workforce planning
*
Monitoring KPIs and producing operational reports
*
Supporting compliance, audits, and service quality
*
Acting as a central point of contact for operational queries
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in health & social care operations
*
Strong rota management and problem-solving skills
*
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
Confident communicator with strong IT skills
Desirable:

Experience with scheduling systems (e.g. Sona, CarePlanner)
*
Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care
