Transformation Analyst - 12 month FTC


Reports to: Head of Technology and Change, TT Club

TT Club is the international transport and logistics industry’s leading provider of insurance and related risk management services. TT Club is managed by Thomas Miller, an independent and international provider of insurance, professional and investment services.


The team

It’s an exciting period of change at TT Club. To ensure these changes improve experiences to our people, Members and business, TT Club has established a new internal Transformation Team. This is a growing team of transformation experts. The team provides support to TT Club, across a range of capabilities such as operating models (functional), service model (member facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis and change management (including analysis, training, communications and BAU change). The team are working in a fast paced environment, to deliver a significant amount of change over the next five years.

What You'll Do: Type of Work

As an Analyst in the Transformation Team your remit could include:

* Operating Models:
* Support the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for business functions. This includes changes to organisational structures, culture, processes, vendors, governance, technologies & data.
* Business analysis to support capability design, process analysis and organisational transformation
* Service Model
* Support the continued improvement of the Service Model that TT Club provides to its Members.
* Project Delivery
* Support the delivery of change projects across multiple business functions (IT, finance, front-office etc) to ensure the realisation of our strategic objectives
* Utilise waterfall and agile delivery methods.
* Collaborate with business and programme teams to shape and influence priorities, stakeholder management, design governance, and TOM implementation activities.


Responsibilities Of The Role

As an Analyst in the Transformation Team, you will be expected to:

* Support the delivery of projects and/or play a key role on projects;
* Build positive relationships with teams in the organisation;
* Support stakeholders in the transition to product ownership;
* Influence the agenda for the team through the injection of innovative ideas and ways of thinking; and


The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need

* Over 5 years of experience in a management consultancy role or as a high performing business analysis professional
* Educated to a minimum of 2:1 Bachelor's degree or other relevant qualifications
* Experience working on large and complex delivery projects;




The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications That Will Help

* An understanding and experience of iterative delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Scaled Agile
* Understanding of change management disciplines, processes and tools, such as:
* The key stages and lifecycle of change delivery
* Stakeholder Management and communication
* Planning and progress tracking mechanisms
* Monitoring and managing issues, risks and dependencies
* Providing governance forums with analysis regarding project performance and costs
* Experience analysing large data sets
* Relevant Programme or Change Management qualifications (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Prince II).
* Insurance experience

Additional Details

This vacancy is for a 12 months fixed term, with the potential to become permanent.

Roles are advertised with a competitive salary, 26 days holiday and generous pension contribution. We ask employees to spend 3 days a week in the office, with core days of Tuesday to Thursday, and working hours of 9:30 to 5:30.
