Qualifications are desirable but not essential what matters most is your dedication to helping young learners "thrive".


Key Responsibilities:

* Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
* Work with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support.
* Help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* Encourage and promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all children.
* Provide 1:1 support to those most in need as they try to access an education.
