Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and production machinery. Execute planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime. Support engineering solutions that improve process reliability and productivity. Collaborate with operations and third-party contractors to meet performance targets. Ensure all work complies with health & safety and quality standards. Contribute to team budgets and development plans. What We're Looking For Time-served Mechanical Fitter with ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Welding and fabrication skills (desirable). Safety-first mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
