The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a fast-paced Customer Service Representative with superb communication skills to support our medical devices customer service team in our lovely Solihull office.

What You’ll Do

* Receive & process all hospital orders within daily deadlines including invoice management

* Handle customer complaints

* Internal stakeholder management

* Follow up on pricing discrepancies

* Issuance of required credit notes for returns and complaints within the official procedural deadlines

* Liaise with approved logistic partners

* Actively participate in any required product tracking research when required

* PER (Product Event Reporting) processing and follow up in collaboration with Territory Managers

* Manage busy queries & orders mailbox

What You'll Need:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Prior experience in a customer service/sales advisor role would be ideal, but we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates without this experience

* Expertise knowledge of SAP ideal

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Team player

* Customer and service oriented

* Good organization ability

* Good communication skills for internal and external contacts

* Positive reaction to working in a “deadline driven" environment
