We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to drive engagement across our rental network and contractor base. The successful applicant will conduct regular depot and site visits to rental customers and contractors and deliver engaging on‑site product demonstrations and technical support. This is a highly visible, field‑based role focused on strengthening relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring our solutions become the benchmark standard across sites. Job Summary
The Construction Sales Support Specialist will quantify the total opportunity for Low Level Access (LLA) in the Construction sector. This position is responsible for visiting construction projects to identify the need for LLA with the end user and building relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders. Duties are not meant to be all‑inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
* Rental customer depot / site visits
* Customer demonstrations
* Accompanied visits with rental sales team
* Support rental open / contractor safety days
* Build loyalty & stay in touch with the core market
* Understand competition
* Understand market needs and work with PD
* Show and event preparation and attendance
* Generate pull of existing customers with machines wanting to take advantage of PTC
* Continue work with T1 contractors to get PTC as the site standard required for operating LLA product range
* Ensure core customers and any other suppliers of machines are up to date with providing PTC support on sites
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree with three (3) or more years of sales experience. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven track record in field sales in the rental / construction sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in working at height products and solutions.
* Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Microsoft Office proficient.
