The Technical Learning Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of operational excellence at Heathrow by leading the design and development of innovative, high-impact technical training solutions.
This role is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day technical learning design, ensuring training approaches meet the evolving needs of Heathrow’s operational areas. With a strong focus on innovation, the role fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, challenging conventional approaches and exploring new methods of learning design.
Through deep expertise, the role ensures that technical training is not only compliant and operationally relevant, but also engaging, accessible, and future focused.
We have two roles which will be responsible for driving design excellence across one or more Technical Training functions – one focussed on Airside and the other Fire, Health & Safety and Engineering.
For the Airside role a Full UK driving licence is required.
