Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee various groundworks and civil engineering projects throughout the West & East Midlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining project timelines and managing Site Engineers over circa 6-10 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage groundworks and civil engineering projects.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Work closely with the technical manager to implement GPS and machine control technologies.
4. Participate in training and development programs focused on the latest advancements in machine control and modelling.
