Head of Business Architecture & Analysis

You will be working in the Technology & Sustainability Enabling Function where we harness digital transformation and innovation to meet ambitious climate goals and deliver sustainable solutions for our customers.
We are currently looking for a Head of Business Architecture & Analysis, who will be accountable for defining and governing the organisation's capability model and ensuring that strategy and change are translated into coherent, actionable outcomes. They will own the architecture of how Skanska UK operates - across process, data, technology and people, and leads the business analysis capability that supports strategic and operational change across the business.
As the Head of Business Architecture & Analysis, you will:
* Own and maintain the organisation-wide capability model, ensuring it accurately reflects how Skanska UK creates value and where it needs to evolve.
* Provide leadership and constructive challenge to ensure change is designed coherently across process, data, technology and people.
* Translate business strategy and Business Plan priorities into clear capability implications, roadmaps and change priorities.
* Provide an independent architectural view of whether proposed changes improve the operating model and align to the capability target state.
* Own the business analysis practice: standards, methods, tools, ways of working and career pathways.
* Identify and shape opportunities to improve business performance through automation, digital enablement and AI - rooted in real business need, not technology push.
We are looking for:
* Demonstratable experience in business architecture, operating model design, strategy, transformation or enterprise change leadership roles
* Expertise leading work across process, data, technology and people in complex organisations
* Experience translating strategy into practical operating model, capability or change outcomes
* Experience working with senior leaders on prioritisation, governance and strategic decision-making
* Knowledge of leading business analysis capability, practice or teams
