We’re currently partnered with a fast-growing, international recruitment agency that specialises in placing IT contractors across Europe and beyond. Due to continued success and increasing demand, they’re now looking to add a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to their Hemel Hempstead-based team. The Role:
*
Sourcing specialist contract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and the CRM
*
Building relationships with candidates across Europe
*
Advertising roles and managing responses
*
Conducting screening calls and assisting with interview coordination
*
Learning from a highly experienced team in a collaborative environment
*
Long-term opportunity to move into a full 360 consultant role if desired
We’re looking for:

Someone driven, positive, and ambitious
*
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*
High attention to detail and solid organisational ability
*
Willingness to learn and take feedback
*
Confidence to pick up the phone and build relationships
*
Any additional European language skills are a bonus, but not essential
*
PC literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
