Key Areas of Responsibility
* Maintain health and safety standards within a print-related environment.
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Gain knowledge of the company's printing processes.
* Keep equipment clean and operational.
* Operate flexo printing machines.
* Assist in various manufacturing areas to develop a broad understanding of the business.
* Promote safety practices.
* Contribute to improving print organization efficiency.
* Plan work to meet production targets.
* Maintain systems in working order.
* Develop a deeper understanding of the print industry.
* Control variable data during printing processes.
* Understand mechanical operations of machinery.
* Provide ideas for site improvements.
Key Requirements
* 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths & English.
* Highly motivated, eager to learn, and loyal.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Organized and calm under pressure.
* Friendly, approachable, flexible, and a team player.
* Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Current, clean driving license is an advantage but not essential as travel may be required.
