The Role - Service Manager (from BAFE/ NSI/ SSAIB or NACOSS co.)
Our client, a respected Fire & Security organisation, is seeking a supportive and organised Service Manager to lead their CCTV, door entry and Fire Alarm engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values people, quality, and long-term stability and who can lead the coordinators and 5 service PPM engineers, who mostly work on Residential High Rise & communal properties
Responsibilities - Service Manager (Fire & Security maintenance)
* Day to day management of Fire and Security service engineers
* Ensuring compliance and high quality workmanship of engineers
* Coordinating service schedules and customer communication
* Encouraging a positive team culture through existing co-ordinators
* Manage and lead admin and coordinators to support and plan PPM's
Ideal Background - Fire and Security Service xsngvjr Manager - Essex
* Previous experience in Fire & Security
* Able to manage Service Engineers
* Commutable to South Essex Office
