A leading insurance organisation within the London market is seeking a Senior Delegated Authority Analyst to join its operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the oversight and governance of delegated arrangements across a diverse portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for supporting the oversight and administration of delegated authority agreements, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory expectations. This includes conducting due diligence on contracts such as Binding Authorities, Lineslips, Consortia, and Master Policies, and contributing to the onboarding and review of Coverholders.
You'll assist in the coordination of audits, analyse bordereaux data, and help produce management information for internal committees and regulatory reporting. The role also involves collaborating with teams across underwriting, compliance, finance, and claims to resolve operational queries and support continuous improvement of internal processes.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need strong experience managing Lloyd's Coverholder relationships and a solid understanding of delegated authority frameworks. Proficiency with Lloyd's systems such as Atlas, DCOM, DAM, and the Wordings Repository is essential.
You should be confident working with bordereaux and MI, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key, along with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
