Main Purpose of the Job: To proactively sell to existing and new business customers and for achieving and exceeding margin targets along with agreed sales targets whilst supporting with incoming enquires by phone and email. Job Functions: Proactively phoning and visiting new and existing clients. Responding to incoming enquiries For negotiating and closing of sales order. Developing and growing your customer database, ensuring that the CRM system is kept up to date with all relevant information Actively learning the products that House of Flags sells, enabling you to give good accurate advice to customers and enabling you the opportunity to up sell. General Duties: To work diligently and professional with all members of the company. To be responsible for own portfolio and new business generation To meet and exceed set gross profit and call targets Key Skills: Experienced in B2B sales including customer facing sales. Presentation, negotiation and closing skills (both via telephone and face to face) Sales administration and task management skills along with basic computer skills. Self-drive and determination along with a positive attitude to help grow the business. Experience in working in a target driven environment.
