This is a great opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager or EHS Manager to develop in a business that has a state-of-the-art factory.
About You
* NEBOSH qualified
* Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* Have a strong character and resilience
* Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level
* Have experience working as a H&S Manager within a food or FMCG manufacturer
What will you be doing?
* You will support the factory and office in all aspects H&S
* Risk assessments, policies and audit training
* Promoting the best health, safety, and environment culture
* Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents, and ensuring sustainable actions follow any identified corrective or preventative opportunities
* Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in
