The Role
The department advises an impressive roster of clients including financial institutions, entrepreneurs, investors and established regional and national businesses.
The work is diverse and high quality, covering mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, corporate finance, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share options, demergers and restructurings.
The team’s recent work highlights include advising shareholders on a £30m cross-border sale of a pharmaceutical business, supporting a family-owned company through a £10m management buyout, advising on a £12m manufacturing acquisition and representing shareholders in the £44m sale of a self-storage group.
