Horizon Teachers is working with a fantastic specialist school in Godstone that supports pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The school is currently seeking several Teaching Assistants to join their experienced and nurturing team from September.
Pupils have a wide range of complex needs including medical, sensory, and physical challenges, often requiring support with communication, personal care, and mobility. This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who want to make a genuine difference every day.
What the school is looking for:
* Caring, patient, and resilient individuals with a passion for supporting children with complex needs.
* Experience in SEND, care work, or personal experience with PMLD is desirable but not essential - full training provided.
* Someone comfortable supporting pupils with personal care and sensory needs.
* Team players who are calm under pressure and can adapt to the individual needs of each child.
