Job Purpose/Objectives
To maintain and increase revenue within the territory by developing a sales pipeline through building relationships with existing and prospective clients, aiming to achieve and surpass budget targets.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
* Driving sales growth by developing trading relationships with existing clients and new prospects
* Maintaining the CRM platform to ensure accurate client activity records
* Responding promptly to sales leads from across the business
* Meeting or exceeding targeted number of appointments and meetings aligned with KPIs
* Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within pricing guidelines
* Negotiating contracts and framework agreements with new clients
* Providing regular updates and forecasts on pipelines and projects to the Regional Sales Manager
Person Specification
Education/Knowledge/Experience
* Proven sales experience with influencing and negotiation skills
* Understanding of crane hire and the market is advantageous but not essential
* High achiever with a career-oriented mindset and challenging goals
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent
* IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Construction sector experience is desirable

* Ability to craft effective proposals and reports
* Delivering value-added presentations to clients
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of the sales process and closing deals
* Customer focus with deep understanding of relationships and business processes
