Job Details:
* Pay: £30,000 – £31,000 per annum
* Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
* Duration: Permanent
* Benefits: Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home (on a rota), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Job Role: The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing daily order requirements and handling customer enquiries for a specific range of accounts. Key duties include prioritising workloads, processing orders accurately, maintaining customer specification files, and supporting the wider team with training, resource cover, and continuous improvement initiatives. This Customer Service Administrator role plays a vital part in ensuring product specifications are up to date and supporting cost-saving projects.

* Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
* Experience of networking across a multi-site organisation
