Hours: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Initial training period on day shift)

Peopletech Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a high-quality manufacturing business that operates a range of press brakes from 10 to 400 tonnes. Due to growth, they're now seeking an experienced programmer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate press brake machines for efficient and accurate production.
* Work with a range of presses from 10 to 400 tonnes.
* Press parts to create accurate bend sequences and tooling.
* Carry out quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.
* Assist with machine maintenance and uphold safe working practices.
* Support direct reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience in press brake operating,.
* Ability to read and interpret 3D CAD drawings would be an advantage but not essential.
* Experience with a range of press brake equipment and tooling.
* Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, and bend allowances.
* Willingness to work the 2pm–10pm shift following an initial training period on days.
